Synopsis: Janani... is story of a woman's natural desire to be a mother and a mother's ultimate sacrifice for her child.

Urmila (Ayesha Julka) an enterprising young woman, who runs a toy company, is happily married to Raj (Mohnish Behl), a businessman with interest in real estate. However when their young son Rahul (Vineet Raina) falls in love with Neha (Sonica Handa) and the young lovers decide to marry, Urmila and Raj initially agree but unanimously put their foot down against the marriage when they know about Neha's parents.

Who are Neha's parents? What prompted this couple to deny their only son's wish? What is that secret of Neha that the couple is holding onto???

Akanksha (Bhagyashree), who lives happily along with husband Tarun (Aman Verma), son Rahul (Master Smith Shah) and mother-in-law (Anjana Mumtaz), had been more of a friend than just an assistant to Urmila. So, when Rahul was diagnosed with brain tumor and an expensive operation seemed the only cure, Raj and Urmila pay for the operation. Later when Akanksha goes to thank Raj and Urmila, she overhears the silent moans of the couple that cannot bear a child because of certain medical disorders with Urmila. Akanksha decides to gift the couple what they desire most; as a payback for saving her child but later disappear from the city with her family.

What was that gift she gave to her friend Urmila? Why did she break off all ties with Urmila and Raj after giving them her all? Where is she now???

Twenty years since...!!! Rahul and Neha's undying love has renewed old and forgotten wounds. Their relationship has cropped up innumerable unanswerable questions and put everyone's life into jeopardy, including their own.

What went wrong? Why these young lovers who proclaim undying love for each other are being denied their wish? Why is it that Raj and Urmila are not ready to reveal all to Rahul? What is that closeted secret that is causing these relationships to go sour?

SYNOPSIS: After an incident at Dadar Railway Station, Mumbai's Police Commissioner Rajpal K. Sinha suspends bumbling police detective, Chatur Singh, but is compelled to reinstate him after no-one within his department wants to be assigned with the security of disgraced and arrested Agriculture Minister Y.Y. Singh, who, after feigning an illness, is hospitalized. Chatur and his deputy, Pappu Panther, accordingly attend to the hospital and screen everyone that goes to visit him, including his wife, Savitri, and Secretary, Sonia Verma. Shortly thereafter, Singh is assassinated, Sonia is arrested as a suspect and lodged in a cell and refuses to divulge any information. Chatur decides to let her escape so that he can follow her and find out who was behind this high-profile killing. Sonia does manage to escape but he is not quick enough to follow, and she ends up in Capetown.

Gowtham and Vaishnavi along with their daughter Ishwarya are an ideal family? typical modern family who share all the joys and sorrows amongst themselves. The wife sits with her husband in weekly drinking sessions (sic)! Into their family enters a storm in the form of a dairy written by Gowtham. The dairy brings out the flashback -

Gowtham during his college days was in love with Ishwarya (Bhoomika). Her father (Costumes Krishna) is a local MP. Gowtham and Ishwarya love each other and finally decide to get married at a registred marriage office. While he ties the thali, her father comes and bashes up our hero and takes away his daughter. In that dairy Gowtham writes that he would like to have spent at least one day with Ishwarya as husband and wife. This line affects our Vaishnavi and she goes in search of Ishwarya, brings her to Mumbai and asks her husband to spend one day with her? Now the story is all about what happens after they spend the day. Will Vaishnavi accept her husband back? Will Ishwarya after one day go back? Does Gowtham want Vaishnavi or Ishwarya or both of them? At the end it is the same story of legal husband and wife living together.

Ajay is a story about a young guy named Ajay who lives with his mother and sister in a village. The village is ruled by two evil brothers Raja Brijraj Singh and Chote Raja Ranbir. Rama their niece comes to visit the village. She is a brat and thinks too highly of herself, she belittles poor people. Once she goes river rafting and almost drowns, this is when Ajay comes to her rescue and saves her. He instantly falls in love with her, but she hates him as he is not of her stature. This love hate relationship blooms into undying love for each other. But Rama’s uncles are strongly against this relationship. Watch what will Ajay do for his love?

Karthikeyan (Arjun) is a photographer-cum-editor working in Indian Express. Chitra (Meena) is a bank employee. Both reside in Navi Mumbai. Karthik meets Chitra while opening a bank account. While returning home, Karthik again meets her in a train. He offers his seat but Chitra does not want to accept it. During a train strike he invites her to travel in an auto to reduce expenses, but she declines. When Chitra hesitated to travel in the same train with Karthik, he became angry and explained that he talked to her because both are from same area and he says he will never talk to her anymore. After some days Chitra volunteerily talks to him. Karthik, in return, accompanies her to a police station to get back her snatched handbag. Karthik invites Chitra to his home to meet his parents.

Karthik's parents like Chitra and all become friends. Karthik's mother requests Chitra to tell Karthik to get married. When she conveys his parent's wish, Karthik explains about his wife (Jothika) who died in a train accident. Karthik learns that Chitra's husband Srikanth (Ramesh Aravind) who died in the same train accident. Chitra adopted a boy, Shiva, per her husband's wish. Karthik's parents want them to get married.

Synopsis :- "The film starts with ACP Yashvardhan (John Abraham) in the hospital, recalling the accident that changed his life forever. Yash is a dutiful, responsible and stone-hearted police officer whose only passion in life is crime-fighting. He has no family or loved ones and has been alone in life since he can remember. Everything changes when Yash meets Maya (Genelia D'Souza), an independent and lovely woman. Though the two get off to a rocky start, Maya warms up to him once she realizes he is a police officer, and apologizes for the misunderstandings they had. When Maya gets hit by a car in front of Yash, he rushes her to the hospital. With that, the two bond and start to meet and go out regularly. Maya confesses her love to Yash, but Yash refutes her advances, as he does not want her to become his weakness in his professional life. However, Swati (Sandhya Mridul), the wife of Yash's coworker and friend, convinces Yash that he is in love with Maya as well and Yash decides to get married to her.
In the big drug case the unit is investigating, Yash, along with his co-mates, Mahesh Pande(Raj Babbar), Atul Kalseka (Mohnish Bahl) and Kamlesh, kill Reddy (Mukesh Rishi) while he is peddling drugs. Yash, Mahesh & Kamlesh are suspended for killing Reddy instead of arresting him. Reddy's heartless and aggressive brother Vishnu (Vidyut Jamwal) vows to avenge his brother's death by killing all of the officers, including Yash. Yash and the other officers prepare themselves for Vishnu, but Vishnu successfully intrudes into Mahesh's home and brutally murders him after raping his wife Rachana (Anaitha Nair). The event leaves Yash and the other officers shaken but Yash and Maya's marriage take place. Meanwhile, Vishnu decides to attack each of the officers' weaknesses; he kidnaps Swati, Atul's wife, and Atul is forced to tell him where Yash will be that night. Yash and Maya passionately enjoy their wedding night of love and bliss; however, this proves to be their first and last night together, as Vishnu and his henchmen invade the house and attack Yash and Maya the next morning.
Yash is fatally shot and Maya is kidnapped in the attack. Yash miraculously survives the attack. Vishnu tells Atul that he will release Swati if Atul kills Yash. However, Atul cannot bring himself to kill his friend and instead joins forces with Yash to execute a plan against Vishnu and save Maya and Swati. Yash, Atul and Kamlesh all go together to the place where Vishnu has been keeping Maya and Swati hostage and find, in horror, that Swati has already been murdered. In despair and heartbreak, Atul kills himself after seeing Swati's body. Out of the 4 police officers, only two are left now: Yash & Kamlesh. Yash and Kamlesh go together and face Vishnu in a final confrontation. Kamlash is shot but survives. Vishnu shoots Maya in front of Yash and drops her from the second floor. Yash catches her but is unable to save her. Maya assures Yash that she has gotten her wish of being with him and dies in Yash's arms. Anger and sorrow build up in Yash and he brutally finishes off Vishnu, exacting his revenge.
At the end, Yash is shown living alone again, having gone back to his professional life. Kamlash calls Yash and tells him that he has found a new informer. Yash turns to Maya's photo before leaving and says that he'll be coming home late tonight."
