It’s OK – Wellbeing for deaf men project - RAD deaf cinema events
For deaf men living in North East Essex and Suffolk area.

Ipswich - Saturday 6 August 2022, 7:30pm

Colchester - Saturday 20 August 2022, 2:30pm

Come along! The events are free to join, however you do need to book a place.

For deaf men to get together, with their partners, families and children and spend the day together, sign, chat about anything;

-Challenges or issues
-Something you need to offload and share with other men who will understand how you’re feeling
-How to become a good listener and help other men. Help them to realise that it’s OK to talk about it.

We will show films.

An opportunity to find out more about our DeafAdvance Training Centre, where we offer accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses.

It’s OK to have feelings. Just remember no matter how difficult things become, it’s OK.
