PSP-2000 vs PSP-3000 vs PSP Street (e1000) screen comparison.

This is a short video comparing the screens of the PSP-2000, 3000, and e1000 models. Here I show the differences in color contrast, how they handle ghosting/motion blur and their viewing angles.

I made this because of how hard it is to find any good info about the PSP Street's screen quality anywhere on the internet. So i wanted to show how it compares, and what are the pro's and con's of its screen compared to some of the other models of PSP.

Overall i feel like the street has a pretty good screen. the 3000 still has the most vibrent colors, while the street is very comparable to the colors of the 2000. the Streets biggest draw however is how it handles motion blur/gjosting. It doesn't have any of the problems that the other 2 have, So no bad ghosting of the 2000 model or weird interlacing of the 3000 model. In motion i feel the Street is definitly the best to look at out of these 3. The streets biggest problem however is its viewing angles, spesifically when tilted upwards. Just a small upwards tilt makes the colors distort quite a bit, which isn't something that happens with the 2 other models.


I apologize for the video only being in 50hz, for some ungodly reason a ton of camera's that are sold in europe STILL only shoot video in 50hz. unfortunatly the camera i had on hand is one of those, so that is why the video is only in 50fps. i am sorry for that.

Lastly I aplologize for the horrible audio mixing between the 2 audio tracks. I just haven't had the time to rerender it to fix it yet.
