The SpongeBob SpongeBash Disaster - The Nickelodeon Signal Attacks
This is the story of the most disturbing television hijacks in history.
This video is a documentary about the Nickelodeon signal attacks during “The Ultimate SpongeBob SpongeBash” in July of 2009. What at first glance seemed like a prankster's work willing to ruin a marathon, turned out to be something far more deep. We will be diving deeper into these mysterious signal intrusions as well as what was unfolding at the animation studio that let to all this chaos.
These attacks were a wake up call for the entire broadcasting industry, as well as marked the decline of Nickelodeon. Not the way they wanted to celebrate 10 years of SpongeBob on their channel.

I remember when I first started off making this video, it was just about a guy (Who was voiced by Christian) who found a single footage of the incident. It was mid as heck lol. The Rodrigo came and inspired me a lot, so my video just kept changing and changing until it became this monster of a remake. I simply can't understand how much it has changed from it's original idea. I just wanna thank Christian for being there since the beginning of production of this video, Rodrigo for the massive inspiration, and everyone involved to helped me make this. Without you, this video would not be possible.
(Also, there was an oversight on the dates of the later clips from the 19th of July which are listed as from the 18th, Oops)
